Yay!

At last, some good news!

Yesterday, a guy made an offer on our house. We rejected it because it was too low, but today he came back with a higher offer - so we took it! :D :D :D

There's still lots of legal stuff to go through, and these things can go wrong at any stage, but I'm desperately hoping we can do it with a minimum of hassle!

At any rate - it's a start!
