A Happy Post!
No, really! I'm still stressed and stuff but I'm pushing it aside for a bit. This is because tomorrow I'm off to Bournemouth until Monday attending the SF Ball - the best Star Trek convention ever! This years guest star is Kate Mulgrew - aka Captain Kathryn Janeway! *Squee!*
Also... I'm going to the minicon in August! My parents offered to pay for the flights as an early birthday present! All I need to pay for is the con entance and accommodation!
All this aside, work was interesting today. They decided that I can handle all the wedding advertisings and books, and my boss said 'don't forget the gay weddings!' So I spent half an hour browsing 'gayweddings.co.uk' with full authorisation!
Then I had the following conversation with my boss...
Him: Sending you another email from the gay wedding people.
Me: *Reads email about advertising* Oh good, we can advertise rooms for other uses too.
Him: Gay orgies?
Me: *Dies* *teasingly* We don't have beds!
Him: We have mats from the first aid course!
Me: *dies laughing again*
Every so often, my job rocks!
