Life? What life?

Well, I've survived the first three weeks at the job, which was the introduction period and was full-time. LOL I'd forgotten how draining it is to work five days a week! Next week I'm working on my own though, which is a bit scary. OK, or a lot scary. My manager is supportive though, which helps.

Next week is still going to be busy though - I'm going to London directly from work on Wednesday and hoping to meet up with a couple of LJ people on Thursday. Then on Friday I'm off to the SF Ball (Star Trek and sci-fi convention) and won't be back again until Monday. Should be a lot of fun - it usually is! And yes, there will be pictures! :D

Maybe after all that things will settle down again! At least I have a nice quiet weekend planned... lots and lots of sleep for me!
