It never ends... we were supposed to move this Sunday... now it's *next* Sunday.

Actually - let me rephrase that. We *could* move in on Sunday but there will be no shower, bath, or lights. Would make things kinda difficult, hmmm?

I am annoyed. Extremely annoyed. Part if me wants to move in just because. But at the end of the day, who will suffer for it? Me. So... another week. *Rolls eyes* This whole move is like some cosmic joke at my expense.

In other news I decided not to go straight back to my parents after work today and went for a wander... and what did I find? Jeans! For £6! Worth the extra £1 to be able to try them on! :P

I understand completely. I move to the new house tomorrow... our stuff is due to arrive on the 19th... we have no furniture, no kitchen stuff... but hey we have internet *giggles madly*

Sorry about the delay in moving. But at least you know that, should the FIL get too beastly, you can count the days til next Sunday!

I remember camping out in my first place a day before the furniture was moved in. Just me, a lawn chair, takeout food, and sleeping on the floor with a blanket and pillow. But it was fun because it was MY place. That's such a great feeling.

Course I was quite a bit younger and it wasn't nearly as hard on young bones as it would be on these middleaged ones now!

I'm sorry about the house delay :( Maybe its just so you can have more time gear up to be really, really happy once you get there?!?

And yeah for the jeans, I read your post the other day and just shook my head. The only people who can buy jeans without trying then on are the ones who wear a size 2!

I am not cetain if digdigil has told you the great news, but your story The Lost Hunter has been nominated for the MEFA's.
