Cat update and other random bits

Today was the first day we let Smudge out on his own. I worried all day, but he seems to have coped. I hope this is a good sign, though I still worry - I can't help it. I deeply dislike being so close to a road. I hope and pray he stays away from it. We couldn't keep him in though - he was miserable. Currently he is perched on top of the computer desk, where he can watch me type!



House hunting again tomorrow evening. *Sigh* I refuse to be hopeful at this point in time. I really don't like living here though. No privacy is driving me even more insane.

Went shopping today... I think Neal feels sorry for me, he gave me enough cash to buy new boots. Yay new boots! Also got HoME 11 and yummy flavoured coffees. Been ages since I went shopping for myself - it did feel good!

I am very very behind in answering FB and comments here on LJ. Forgive me - I will catch up, I promise!
