People say no one cares about other people anymore. But in October a stranger helped Marcus when he slipped away from me. Today a stranger walked into my inlaws house, knowing the roof was ablaze, to make sure everyone got out. Then the care home opposite offered them a room for the night. Maybe humanity doesn't suck so badly after all, huh?
