Um... help?

OK. It's the 30th. The MPA speech deadline was yesterday and I still have nothing. Maybe I'm just having a stupid moment, but I can't even work out what *kind* of thing they want. Can anyone here at least point me in the right direction? Because I'm seriously clueless.
