enismirdal for buying me a year's worth of paid LJ! I really was wondering how I was going to sort that out with everything else that's going on! the extra user pics are very much appreciated too! *Huggles and smooches* You rock!
Went out for lunch today with my Mum and Nana (grandmother) which was nice - it's been far too long since I've seen Nana and yesterday was the two year anniversary of Grandad's death, so the timing was good really.
In other news I may be on dial-up for a bit. FIL decided, after HUBBY and I argued, that he was going to disconnect me by taking away the extension lead I need to connect. Wanker. I *pay* for the internet! At any rate, I'm currently at my parents. I will have to go back at some point, for the cat's sake if nothing else, but grrrrr!!!
On the bright side, moving should happen this month. There's very little left to do now, thank heavens! Keep em crossed, sacrifice a rubber chicken or whatever - just hope nothing goes wrong! My sanity is a very, very fragile thing right now!
Now I'm going to make a shameless request... does anyone want to indulge me and write Glorfindel/Ecthelion fluff? Please? Or even find me some older stuff? There *must* be some out there, but I don't know where it is! *Looks cute*
