It's the little things in life that make you smile...
So, we went out tonight. In an attempt to save money, MIL took 2 bottles of wine in a bag. As we left the following convo took place:
FIL: You can't take those, they clink. It's obvious what's in there.
Me: She should just wrap them in a cloth or something.
FIL: It takes intelligence to do that.
Me: ...... *Inner seething on behalf of MIL who leaves wine behind*
Later on, at the venue...
FIL: Oh bugger.
Me: *Not really caring* What?
FIL: I forgot to have my injection. (He's diabetic)
Me: O_O *But says nothing*
Um, so out of the two... WHO was more stupid?! Save me... was oddly satisfying though! ^_^
