General Stuff

This was a pretty good weekend. Yesterday luin77 called me and we chatted for ages! Her timing was perfect - Neal was just unloading the car after a day trip to France! ^_^

Today I met up with my best friend from school and we had lunch together. (I also introduced her to chai lattes... *grin*) It was so good to see her again... it's been well over six months since I saw her last! I must do better. Today was also the day I finally found the guts to tell her what I write. She knew I wrote fanfic, she's even read some of it, but she didn't know about the slash. She was fine about it - I'd expected her to be really - but it's a relief to have it said! I've never kept anything from her before and don't want start doing so now!

The only downside was that, as expected, father-in-law messed up Smudge's medicine. He's only been getting *half* his daily dose. *sigh* Luckily his pee still seems to be clear and I'll up the dosage now. *head->desk*
