New Manip: Lúthien

I needed a Luthi pic for an RPG and decided to make my own. The base I got from the deviant art stock section and since the base owner hasn't said I *can't* post it elsewhere I'm assuming she's OK with it! *Shrugs* I would have thought that if you offer photos for general use having them used off site would be par for the course!
