-You may ask my character a question. The character will answer it, no matter how silly or whatever it may be. You may ask any of my characters, and you may ask as many questions as you like. Characters who refuse to speak will be hung from Thangorodrim.

-I am going with Arandil's rules in saying that dead characters and characters in the Halls of Mandos *do* answer questions.

-If they do not appear in my stories, then they do not answer questions.
