1) Total number of fandoms I like: Three. Sailor Moon, Star Trek and LOTR/Silm.
2) My first fandom ever: Errm, Sailor Moon was the first one I *really* got into, but I liked Star Trek before that.
3) My most recent fandom: LOTR/Silm
4) Five fandoms that currently mean a lot to me: There aren't really five... just three! Sailor Moon because it was my technical first, Star Trek because it basically saved my marriage (No, really...) and LOTR because I met so many wonderful people! And Elves. *Grins*
